Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your C-Monsta purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us first and we will do our best to put it right.
- Returns or replacements are available for damaged or defective items.
- Requests for returns for other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
- Photos of damaged or defective items may be requested so we can assess the issue.
- Important: every return must include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Without these details we are unable to identify your order and cannot process a refund.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.
Bought through Amazon, a retailer, or another marketplace?
Please contact us first at admin@c-monsta.com, regardless of where you bought the product. We would rather hear from you directly so we can resolve any issue without delay, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Return method
- Contact us at admin@c-monsta.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (and photos if relevant).
- If a return shipment is required, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Enclose a note inside the parcel with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We can only issue a refund once we can match your return to your order.
- We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been completed.
